Awareness Events

Since 2014 friends and I have been participating in various one day events to raise awareness and reduce stigma for bipolar disorder and depression. I’m grateful that since 2015 the events have received media attention both locally and Alberta-wide. Since 2015 Defending Awesome Shirts here in Banff has generously gifted a logo for each event, t-shirts and promotion. Thank you Jim at Defending Awesome Shirts for all of your continued support it is greatly appreciated!

For some events, friends and I have raised money for the International Bipolar Foundation and other worthy causes.
